Detox drinks can be prepared with number of fruits, vegetables and herbs that are easily available at home like lemon, apple cider vinegar, lime, grapefruit, raspberries, mint, ginger, cucumbers and watermelon. 
Different kind of machines are available now a day for fruits and vegetables juices. People squeeze a fruit or vegetable by hand also.People include juices in their diet to reduce weight. It doesn’t only help you lose weight, but to flush harmful toxins out of your body. 

The best way to kick start the digestion and cleanse the system is drinking detox in morning before breakfast. Just squeeze the juice of a lemon in a cup of warm water and drink it in the morning.

A very common recipe is Lemon Cucumber with a Mint. The Lemon helps to boost your immune system and rids your body of harmful toxins. The cucumber is an amazing anti-inflammatory while providing the body with hydration. The mint helps your body with digestion and add taste to your water.

You can consume nothing but juice for a particular period without having any solid food or can balance your meal with juice. But I highly recommend not to go for only juice diet without doctor consultation specially if you have health issues.

If you need low-calories detox, include more veggies in your juices than fruits because vegetable juice has more antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, it helps boost your metabolism, cleanse the liver, aid weight loss and improves your skin, makes your skin glow and keeps you hydrated.

There is no any perfect time to have this diet, Just prepare it once in a glass or plastic container, leave it in the fridge to allow the flavors to infuse more deeply and you can take it throughout the day. Let the mixture sit before drinking. The drink only takes 10 minutes to prepare  Make sure to take the ingredients out after some hours, so they don’t start to decompose.
