My husband love this recipe so much and the best thing, I like most about, it is nutritious and easy to make.

Pumpkin Oatmeal Smoothie Recipe for breakfast

Pumpkin has a ton of Vitamin A, which keeps eyesight sharp, provides helps your body fight infections, viruses and infectious diseases and keeps you look younger. With so many benefits. So,why not include it in our daily diet as it is perfect for breakfast. Start your morning with this nourishing drink.

Ingredients:

1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
4 cups unflavored almond milk or soy milk
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 cups canned pumpkin puree
4 pitted medjool dates pitted
tbsp honey (according to taste)
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves
 

Instructions:

1. You’ll need a high speed blender. Put ingredients (dates, pumpkin) in a blender and blend until smooth. 
2. Add honey, milk, yogurt and spices. Blend again until smooth.
